Our habits significantly impact our success and satisfaction in life. Good habits = life gets easier and better over time. Bad habits = you slowly spiral and barely notice until the wheels fall off. By taking control of your habits, you take control of your life.
Example
Start by focusing on just 1 meaningful habit that 1) excites you, 2) is easily achievable daily and 3) supports your long-term goals. Whatever you pick, do it for at least 7 days. That's why it's important to start easy with something you can do in 5-15 minutes a day. These small wins build confidence and consistency. Use a simple habit tracker like HabitGraph or a calendar because tracking your progress reinforces your habit. As you continue to succeed, allow that success to spread to other areas of your life. Most importantly: Always have a backup plan for when you slip up, because you will, we all do! What matters most isnβt avoiding failure, itβs how fast you recover and get back on track.
